-Production Started: Once we begin production, cancellation refunds will be minus 30–40% (to cover materials and labor already used).
-Item Shipped: If the rug has already shipped, refunds will be minus 30–40% of the rug cost and all incurred shipping charges (which are non-refundable).

3. Customs & Import Duties (International Buyers)
Every country has its own customs rules. Any customs fees, import taxes, or VAT are the buyer’s responsibility. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, the refund will be given minus rug-making cost and shipping charges.
